Welcome to Hilltop Medical Clinic and Hilltop Medical Clinic West.
New patients are required to complete several forms prior to being evaluated by the Physician. Reviewing the forms on the left side of this page will speed up the process.
All patients can preregister by telephone to reduce the time spent in the waiting room. The receptionist can give you an estimate on the current waiting time.
Currently, waiting times are less at our new Clinic in West Redding or Eureka Way.
We require payment at the time of service. If you have a covered insurance plan, you will only need to cover the copayment and deductible. We accept Visa and MasterCard payments.
HTMC is a provider for many of the local insurance plans including Blue Shield and Blue Cross. We are not a Medicare provider, so Medicare patients are required to pay at the time of service. We do submit all of the require forms to Medicare electronically, so you will recieve a prompt refund.
Office charges average between 60 and 110 dollars. Additional services such as x-ray, wound repair and casting are not included in the basic charge. Obviously, more complex problems requiring additional testing or treatment are more expensive.
Our charges are substantially less than similar services at our local emergency rooms.
